Shipping policy

All orders are carefully prepared and shipped directly from my studio.

Processing time
Each item is made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before shipment. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping
Orders are currently shipped within the Netherlands.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and type of item.
International shipping is not yet available.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Estimated delivery time
Netherlands: 3–5 business days after shipping.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or other external factors.

Delays
